We are now looking for a well-educated Junior Associate as an addition to our Legal team. Description: As part of the Legal team, you will support the Senior Associates with legal research and drafting of transactional documentation (including M&A) and commercial contracts (factory-lease, SPA, etc). Besides the performance of incorporations and license amendments you will do... • Vietnamese citizen with excellent command in speaking and writing of (legal) English, able to communicate in German is a plus; • Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable University; overseas studies are a plus; • Minimum 01 year of experience at a law firm with foreign exposure; • Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point...);...
