JOB PURPOSE Responsible for developing and managing the Lighting Solutions category across Trade Channels, covering market intelligence, product portfolio management, new product development, channel strategy, pricing, promotion, and commercial performance . The role translates market and customer insights into actionable product and channel strategies, drives successful NPD launches, and maximizes category sales, profitability, and market competitiveness. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Lighting Technology , or a related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Trade Marketing, Business Development, or a related commercial function. • Experience in Lighting, Electrical, Furniture, Interior Solutions, Building Materials , or related industries is an advantage. • Proven experience in NPD, product...
