• Lead and manage overall Production activities for the new factory. • Set up production processes, manpower structure, production lines and working standards from the start-up stage. • Lead trial production, line ramp-up and mass production. • Develop and implement Production KPI, productivity, OEE, quality and cost control. • Manage production manpower, capacity planning and production schedules. • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, NPI... • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related fields. • 8+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing, with experience at Manager level. • Strong preference for candidates from Automotive, Wiring Harness, Automotive Components or Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing. • Experience in new factory set-up / production line set-up / mass production ramp-up is highly preferred. • Strong leadership, problem-solving and production management skills. • Experience with Lean /...
