I want my training → • 負責指定品牌之新產品開發專案管理及量產導入。 • 擔任客戶與工廠之技術窗口，負責技術溝通及開發進度協調。 • 整合鍛造、CNC加工及表面處理等製程技術，規劃產品開發流程。 • 評估產品圖面、材料特性及製程可行性，並提出技術改善方案。 • 協調開發、生產、品保及供應商等單位，確保專案如期完成。 • 處理產品開發過程中的技術問題、品質異常及客戶需求變更。 • 推動新產品試作、驗證及量產導入作業。 • 建立並優化產品開發流程與技術文件。• 具 5 年以上金屬加工產業產品開發相關工作經驗。 • 熟悉鍛造、CNC加工及表面處理等製程技術。 • 具新產品開發（NPI）及專案管理經驗。 • 能獨立進行產品製程評估及問題分析。 • 具英文或日文（其一）溝通能力，可獨立與國外客戶進行會議及郵件往來。 • 具跨部門溝通及專案整合能力。 加分條件 • 具高爾夫球頭、腳踏車五金或精密金屬零件產品開發經驗。 • 具海外工廠工作經驗。 • 曾擔任客戶開發窗口或品牌專案負責人者佳。
