1. Contracts/ Documents/ Procedures: - Draft, review, and provide legal advice to all kind of Contracts/Documents during the Company’s operations - Draft and support to release Regulations/Procedures. 2. Licensing: - Manage, carry out legal procedures on granting, amending licences, certificates of the Company, including but not limited to ERC, IRC of the Company and its Branches 1.
