- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production output in line with business targets. - Coordinate production activities across multiple shifts and ensure effective manpower allocation. - Lead supervisors, shift leaders, and production operators; provide training and ensure adherence to established operating procedures. - Oversee the full production process, including molding, CNC machining, drilling, finishing, quality...- College/University degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years production management experience (preferably in footwear, plastics, PU, CNC). - Knowledge of production process, tolerance standards, spec chart, data package & international SOP. - Skills: leadership, planning, data analysis, problem-solving, process improvement. - Basic English communication or higher.
