Consult legal issues procedures (LAND; LURC and construction permit) Conduct to issue Land Use Rights Certificate - LURC and related works Working with government and infrastructure developer (IDICO) Support investment projects and legal procedures with authorities Coordinate with team member and other Department in company on other worksBachelor’s degree in Law, Land Management or related fields. Experience in Land Use Rights Certificate (LURC) and Land Legal Issues Experience working with government authorities such as DNIEZA, DoF, DoAE, or other relevant authorities. Foreign language proficiency is an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
