The HSE Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Fire Prevention & Fighting (PCCC) regulations across all factory operations. This role plays a key part in developing a safe working environment, minimizing operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. HSE Management... Education • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Experience • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE, EHS, or Safety Management within manufacturing environments. • Experience in FMCG, chemical, consumer goods, or industrial manufacturing is preferred. • Strong understanding of Vietnamese HSE regulations, environmental compliance, and fire safety requirements.
