The role is responsible for providing legal support and advisory services related to the Company’s financial and investment activities. This position works closely with the Finance & Accounting (FA) Department and other Departments to ensure that all contracts, transactions, and governance matters comply with applicable laws and regulations, while minimizing legal risks and protecting...
