Job Summary: Responsible for Lab activities, handle Product development focus on application test and blends creating in Dairy Products. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Keep himself/herself to learn about equipment operation, prototype making. 2. Build knowledge about ingredients applied to product. 3. Analysis product performance via application test 4. Handle projects assigned by Lab Manager. 5.
