This position is located in Region Two: New York, NY; St. Croix, VI; and St. Thomas, VI. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting deliberate and crisis action planning, supporting response operations, delivering emergency management training, evaluating plans and procedures, collaborating with partners and stakeholders, and engaging leadership on threats, hazards, and incidents affecting an assigned area of responsibility.
