This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A). The primary purpose of this position is to lead the recruitment, retention, development and management of I&A's professional and motivated workforce to drive the I&A mission of integrating intelligence into operations across all DHS components.
