Serves as the primary link between patients and the clinical team and is responsible for assessing the urgency of patient needs (triage), managing the dental schedule, and ensuring smooth clinic flow at either the Northwest Dental Clinic, ALM Dental Clinics, or the Data Point Dental Clinic.
