GENERAL DESCRIPTION We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our team across various marketing initiatives for a 4-month period. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate marketing and specialized campaign execution. The intern will focus primarily on lifecycle email operations, database segmentation, and key metrics analysis while collaborating closely with team leaders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, schedule, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, promotional emails, lifecycle automations, and recurring newsletters. Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics (Open Rates, CTR, Conversion Rates) to support data-driven strategy decisions. Database Management: Maintain and segment subscriber databases to ensure high personalization, deliverability, and targeted audience outreach. Assist the marketing team across general administrative and campaign support tasks as needed throughout the internship. REQUIREMENTS Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Looking for a first professional hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Advanced English (80%+ / B2+ equivalent): Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Hands-on experience or familiarity with Klaviyo (highly desirable) and/or Mailchimp. Project Management Tools: Exposure to platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello is a plus. QUALIFICATIONS Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
