Job Description - Acata las directrices y colabora con la aplicación de las normas de limpieza y presentación del spa cumpliendo con los requerimientos de calidad en el servicio (LQA, Forbes). - Coordinar y colaborar con otros departamentos en ofrecer un servicio personalizado al huésped. - Conoce los protocolos de los tratamientos y los aplica en consecuencia. - Puntualidad tanto al entrar al hotel como a las citas con el huésped debe tener todos los preparativos listos 15 minutos antes de comenzar el servicio y estar visible a la espera del huésped. - Antes de iniciar el servicio analizar el perfil de información personal y tomar las medidas necesarias para garantizar la seguridad y comodidad de mi huésped. Qualifications - Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas. - Atención al detalle. - Trabajar bien en equipo. - Comunicación asertiva con clientes internos y externos. - Excelente servicio al cliente. - Conocimiento en ventas y manejo de punto de venta. - Actitud positiva, adaptabilidad y motivación.
