Funciones Principales : - Realizar llamadas salientes a clientes potenciales y bases de datos asignadas. -Presentar y promocionar los servicios Cash de manera clara y persuasiva. - Identificar necesidades del cliente y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas. - Gestionar el proceso de afiliación o contratación del servicio. - Dar seguimiento a prospectos hasta el cierre de la venta. - Mantener actualizada la información de clientes en los sistemas establecidos. - Registrar actividades, resultados de llamadas y oportunidades de negocio. - Atender consultas y resolver dudas relacionadas con el servicio. - Cumplir con los guiones, protocolos y estándares de calidad establecidos. - Participar en campañas comerciales y estrategias de captación de clientes. - Coordinar con otras áreas los procesos de activación y seguimiento de clientes. - Responsabilidades Alcanzar las metas de ventas y afiliaciones asignadas. - Mantener altos estándares de calidad en la atención telefónica. - Garantizar la veracidad y actualización de la información registrada. - Cumplir con las políticas comerciales y de protección de datos. - Contribuir a la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes.
