Responsabilidades Principales Atención Personalizada: Contactar y atender a clientes VIP a través de vía telefónica y digital, identificando sus necesidades específicas y ofreciendo recomendaciones a la medida. Gestión de Ventas: Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada (cross-selling) y de mayor valor (up-selling), cerrando acuerdos comerciales alineados a los estándares de excelencia de la empresa. Seguimiento Administrativo: Controlar y dar seguimiento al procesamiento de pedidos, facturación, tiempos de entrega y actualización de datos en el sistema CRM. Servicio Postventa: Realizar monitoreo activo tras cada entrega para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, resolver incidencias con agilidad y construir relaciones de largo plazo. Requisitos Experiencia: Mínima de 2 a 3 años en atención al cliente VIP, telemarketing, ventas ejecutivas o gestión de cuentas clave. Competencias Clave: Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita, alta orientación al servicio, negociación y capacidad de organización administrativa. Habilidades Técnicas: Manejo de herramientas CRM, paquetería Office y herramientas de comunicación digital.
