Experiencia 1 a 2 años en áreas de contabilidad, finanzas, tesorería, auditoría o análisis financiero. Estudiante universitario de último año o egresado de Contaduría Pública y Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Economía o carreras afines. Experiencia en análisis de cuentas, cierres contables y preparación de reportes financieros. Experiencia en el uso de ERP (preferiblemente SAP) y herramientas de análisis en Excel. Conocimiento de contabilidad general y ciclo contable. Elaboración e interpretación de estados financieros. Análisis financiero e indicadores de gestión. Elaboración y control de presupuestos. Legislación tributaria vigente (ISV, ISR, retenciones y demás obligaciones fiscales). Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF) y Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad (NIC), de preferencia. Manejo de activos fijos, depreciaciones y amortizaciones. Elaboración de proyecciones financieras y análisis de variaciones. Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, funciones financieras, BUSCARX/BUSCARV, Power Query, gráficos y análisis de datos). Manejo de sistemas ERP, preferiblemente SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA o similares. Elaboración de reportes financieros y gerenciales. Residir en SPS Poseer transporte propio Disponibilidad inmediata

Before you apply, map the geography. The top five countries by volume are BR, CO, CL, PE, and AR. Check whether the role you want exists in your region or whether you need to look across borders. Some positions may offer remote work; others won't say until you ask.
When you interview, expect questions about your process. Hiring managers for analista roles almost always ask: 'Walk me through how you'd approach a problem you've never seen before.' They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
