Retail Management & Sales Performance • Manage retail performance across assigned brands and stores to achieve sales targets and business objectives. • Monitor store sales, KPIs, productivity, and performance trends, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement action plans with store teams to improve sales performance and productivity. • Regularly visit stores and counters to assess performance, customer experience, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Maintain regular communication with retail partners to share market insights, promotional plans, BA updates, and product information. • Collect and consolidate feedback from BAs, store teams, and retail partners to identify market trends and opportunities. • Provide regular updates and insights on sales performance, field feedback, key issues, and sell-in status to the Retail Director. BA & Store Team Management • Manage and support Beauty Advisors and store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver high standards of customer experience. • Monitor BA performance through store visits, sales results, and customer feedback. • Motivate and coach BAs to improve selling skills, product knowledge, and overall performance. • Conduct regular field coaching and provide guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand standards. • Partner with HR and relevant Retail teams on BA performance management, development, and staffing matters. • Support BA deployment, rotation, and manpower planning in line with business needs Promotion & Retail Execution • Plan and coordinate retail promotions and activities with retailers and internal teams. • Monitor the execution and effectiveness of promotions, GWP, samples, testers, and other retail initiatives. • Gather market and competitor feedback from stores and retailers and identify opportunities to improve retail performance. • Ensure consistent execution of brand guidelines, customer experience, and retail standards across stores. Market & Competitive Insights • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, retailer strategies, and customer behavior through regular store and market visits. • Consolidate feedback from BAs, Store Managers, and retail partners and provide actionable insights to the Retail Director. • Identify potential risks and opportunities within assigned retail channels and recommend appropriate actions. Retail Projects & Business Development • Support new store openings, relocations, renovations, and closures, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, retailers, and stores. • Identify and support new retail business opportunities and expansion initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functional retail projects and ensure timely execution of agreed action plans.
