Construction Estimator

We focus on quality products, strong client relationships, and reliable service. Role Overview: We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team. This is a newly created position as part of the continued growth of our estimating team. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, supporting the sales team, and working closely with clients and internal staff to deliver accurate project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Support sales and project coordination Maintain documentation and job records Requirements: Relevant experience in construction estimating Strong communication, consulting with clients and organisational skills Ability to read and interpret drawings, building plans, building regulations and codes of practice Conferring with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Calculating costs and estimating time scales Analysing blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost materials and labour estimates Assessing cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual cost relative to bids as project develops Setting up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Relevant qualifications required Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per annum Employment Type: Full-time position (38 hours per week) How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter to admin@unifold.com.au
