We cater to a diverse clientele, including schools, government departments, and health care centres This opportunity is Permanent full-time (38 hours per week) position as Contract Administrator based in Bardia, NSW 2565. The role offers a competitive remuneration package of $70,000 to $90,000 p.a + Super. Take responsibility for office operations, administrative systems, resources and staff supporting our commercial cleaning and facility management services. Apply today! Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day office operations and administrative systems supporting the business. • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, correspondence and general administrative workflow. • Allocate work to administrative staff, monitor priorities and provide day-to-day guidance and support. • Maintain business records and documentation, including invoices, supplier and subcontractor records, timesheets and payroll information. • Liaise with management, clients, site supervisors, suppliers and contractors regarding administrative and operational matters. • Coordinate staff administration, including onboarding, employee records, leave, training and other personnel documentation. • Manage office equipment, supplies and service providers, ensuring resources are available for efficient operations. • Maintain office compliance with company procedures and Work Health and Safety requirements, and improve administrative processes where required. Skills and Qualifications: • Diploma or Higher Qualification in a related field. • Minimum of one or two years’ experience in a related field. • Demonstrated ability to organise office functions, allocate administrative work and monitor staff performance and priorities. • Strong experience in records management, accounts administration, supplier coordination, payroll support and document control. • Sound understanding of Work Health and Safety, privacy, record-keeping and general workplace compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with management, employees, clients, suppliers, contractors and external professionals. • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced service environment. • High level of computer literacy, attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality, with proficiency in common office and business administration systems. Rumuneration: • This is a full-time position (minimum 38 hours per week), which offers a salary ranging from $70,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation. FERN0090
