Coniston Bakery is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Pastry Chefs to join their team in Coniston and Unanderra NSW. Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess: - Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough and pastry ingredients - Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent - Various baking techniques and methods - Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule - Stock management and ordering - Cleaning and equipment upkeep adhering to sanitation and safety regulations Skills and Abilities: - Ideally have a Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field - Ability to work in a team environment - OH&S awareness - Food handling and RSA certificates Salary range is $70,000- $85,000pa commensurate with experience.
