Codemo Machinery is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Mechanical Engineering Technician to join their team in Griffith NSW. The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess: - Running and analysing diagnostic tests on a wide range of agricultural machinery/equipment and tractors - Maintain, test and repair/replace mechanical assemblies on heavy plant/machinery and tractors - Perform assessments and repairs in the field and workshop - Perform preventative maintenance - Fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components for products such as machinery, equipment and measuring instruments - Work within timeframes and servicing schedules and maintain records - Installing equipment and testing operations Skills and Abilities: - Ideally have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related - A minimum of three years’ experience - The ability to work in a team environment Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
