FULL TIME 38 HOURS PER WEEK MINIMUM 4 WEEKS ANNUAL LEAVE SALARY PLUS SUPER $79K PA - $95K PA DYNAMIC REFRIGERATION SOLUTIONS PTY LTD is looking for full-time Mechanical Engineers for their thriving business. Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions is a trusted Northern Territory-based company specializing in air-conditioning and refrigeration services. Their sister company Dynamic Catering Solutions specialises in the supply and installation of commercial catering equipment for the hospitality industry, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality solutions to commercial, and industrial clients across the NT. To be considered for the role, you need to have a relevant industry qualification or at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar position. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: -Plan and design mechanical, refrigeration, air-conditioning and HVAC systems and installations in accordance with project and operational requirements. -Develop and review engineering drawings, technical specifications and project requirements for mechanical systems and equipment. -Determine appropriate materials, equipment, piping, system capacities and layouts for refrigeration, air-conditioning and associated mechanical installations. -Analyse operational data, equipment performance and system requirements to determine optimum equipment efficiency and identify opportunities for system improvements. -Coordinate and oversee the installation, assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance of mechanical and HVAC systems and equipment. -Organise and coordinate project labour and the delivery of materials, plant and equipment required for mechanical installation and upgrade projects. -Establish and implement engineering standards and procedures for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection and maintenance in accordance with engineering principles and safety requirements. -Carry out inspections and performance assessments of mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimum operating performance, reliability and compliance. -Identify mechanical and system performance issues and develop appropriate engineering solutions, modifications and equipment upgrades. -Direct maintenance activities and coordinate requirements for new system designs, equipment upgrades and preventative maintenance schedules. -Provide technical engineering guidance to technicians and project personnel during installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance activities. -Ensure mechanical systems and engineering activities comply with relevant Australian Standards, WHS requirements and applicable industry regulations. YOU MUST BE. -Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, piping and engineering principles. -Experience within the refrigeration, air-conditioning, HVAC or related mechanical services industry will be highly regarded. -Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation. -Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technicians, contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
