Next Gen Talent Business name: - AAN CONVENIENCE PTY LTD t/a LIBERTY WEST BUSSELTON Job Title: Retail Supervisor Location of Work: - 1/1 Lancaster Dr, West Busselton 6280 WA Salary - $72,000 to $75,000 plus Super About the company: - AAN Convenience Pty Ltd t/a Liberty West Busselton operates a busy fuel station with an attached convenience store, providing fuel, convenience products, beverages, groceries and other everyday retail items to customers. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Retail Supervisor to assist with the day-to-day operation of the service station and convenience store. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the premises. Minimum requirement Minimum qualification of Diploma Experience of at least 1 to 2 years in retail or in similar role Roles and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate staff during daily operations. Allocate tasks to staff and monitor work performance. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Assist with opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliation. Monitor fuel station and convenience store operations. Check and replenish stock on shelves, refrigerators and displays. Assist with receiving deliveries and maintaining appropriate stock levels. Check product pricing and expiry dates and maintain proper stock rotation. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store and fuel station forecourt. Assist customers with fuel, product and store-related enquiries. Handle routine customer complaints and escalate complex matters to management. Assist with staff training and ensure employees follow company procedures. Ensure workplace health and safety and service station procedures are followed. Assist with merchandising and promotional displays. Report stock shortages, damaged goods and operational issues to management. Assist with preparing staff rosters and maintaining adequate staff coverage. Maintain basic records relating to sales, stock and daily operations. Skills & Qualities Required: Good customer service and communication skills. Experience with POS systems and cash handling. Good understanding of stock control and retail operations. Ability to supervise staff and work effectively as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
