Coolgardie Gold Rush Motels is seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in Coolgardie, WA. This full-time position requires a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and food safety. Ordering stock, accepting deliveries and storing. Collaborate with team members to create innovative menu items. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen. Assist in training junior kitchen staff. Train and guide junior staff. Clean kitchen and dining areas after shifts. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Diploma in Hospitality Management Strong knowledge of food safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
