Start date: Immediate We’re looking for reliable and motivated Light Gauge Steel Assemblers to join our growing team. You’ll assemble steel wall frames, roof trusses and related components in a busy manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities Read plans, drawings and job specifications Assemble light gauge steel frames and trusses Operate hand and power tools safely Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Follow workplace health and safety procedures Work effectively with supervisors and team members Maintain a clean and organised work area What we’re looking for Experience assembling light gauge steel frames or trusses is preferred Construction, fabrication or manufacturing experience will be highly regarded Ability to read basic plans and use measuring equipment Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks Reliable, punctual and safety focused Full Australian working rights [Driver’s licence and reliable transport, if required] [Forklift licence, if desirable] Training may be provided to capable applicants with relevant hands-on experience and a strong work ethic.
