About the Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Administrator to support our growing operations. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, workforce mobilisation, site compliance, and logistical support across multiple remote mining projects to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant site operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate the mobilisation, onboarding, and induction of employees and contractors across multiple mining projects to support project schedules. Manage site access requirements including medicals, licences, and client-specific compliance documentation using systems such as INX and Lucidity. Coordinate FIFO travel logistics, accommodation bookings, room allocations, and transport arrangements within strict project timelines. Maintain workforce rosters, leave requests, and mobilisation schedules to ensure adequate project resourcing. Prepare daily production reports, operational summaries, and workforce tracking reports for project management and superintendents. Process payroll documentation, timesheets, and workforce records in alignment with project operational requirements. Liaise closely with project managers, supervisors, clients, accommodation providers, and contractors to resolve logistical issues. Maintain accurate employee records, compliance documentation, and training records to meet stringent industry standards. Support project management with reporting, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Resolve administrative and logistical bottlenecks to minimise operational disruptions across project sites. About You A recognised bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business, Management, or a related field or at least 3 years of relevant professional administrative experience. Demonstrated experience coordinating administrative functions and project support services within remote operations or industrial environments. Strong expertise in managing workforce mobilisation, site access compliance, and contractor onboarding. Experience coordinating logistical support, including rosters, FIFO travel arrangements, and accommodation management. Hands-on capability utilising project and workforce management systems (such as INX, Lucidity, or SAP) to track data and maintain records. Experience preparing operational summaries, workforce reports, and daily tracking documentation within strict time constraints. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve logistical issues and support project stakeholders.
