About the Position: The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving brand growth and customer acquisition for HEQS Wholesales by developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. This position supports our wholesale and project-based business by promoting our furniture ranges, service offerings and competitive advantages to retailers, commercial clients and end users, ensuring consistent messaging that strengthens our reputation as a trusted partner in the Australian market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns that promote HEQS furniture ranges, wholesale offerings and value-added services such as delivery, assembly and warranty support. Manage digital marketing channels including website content, SEO, social media, email campaigns and paid advertising to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity, customer trends and campaign performance to identify opportunities and refine strategies. Create and coordinate marketing materials, product promotions and sales collateral in collaboration with sales, design and operations teams. Advise on pricing, product mix and promotional approaches to support business growth across VIC, NSW and QLD markets. Monitor and report on marketing ROI, campaign metrics and market insights to management. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners and industry contacts as required. Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and support the company’s reputation for quality and reliability. Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a closely related field. Minimum one year of relevant marketing experience. Strong technical skills in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing systems and analytics), content creation and campaign management, combined with excellent interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration, analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
