Position Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to their craft, has strong attention to detail, and understands that every cut is a reflection of both skill and artistry. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality men’s grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling. Deliver an exceptional client experience in line with La Barberia & Co.’s standards of excellence. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation and tools. Stay updated on modern trends, techniques, and products within the barbering industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty. Adhere to health and safety regulations and salon hygiene protocols. Qualifications & Skills Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a barber or stylist in a professional barbershop. Excellent technical skills in cutting, fading, shaving, and styling. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional presentation and commitment to outstanding service. A passion for Italian culture, classic style, and craftsmanship is a plus.
