HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Chef De Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team to run outlets at 220 – 232 Oxford St Paddington NSW 2021 As a Chef De Partie in our Happysoul Catering Pty Ltd you’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service. As a Chef De Partie KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning, recipe testing, and cook-offs. • Contribute to menu planning and stay updated on food trends and techniques. • Liaise with managers and other staff regarding food preparation issues. • Help train and support kitchen team members. • You will also supervise Demi Chef, Commis Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Attendants, acting as a hands-on leader and role model within the team. • Lead by example and work independently when required. • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency. • Monitor performance and train junior kitchen staff. • Manage inventory and order food supplies. • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
