Supply Chain Analyst

Heartland Motors Position : Full Time Location : Sydney Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 a year Heartland Motors is a proud family-owned and operated business across 9 locations with a centralised administration facility and parts distribution operations. The Heartland group has partnerships with 11 marques: Holden, Hyundai, MG, Mitsubishi, Jac, Kia, LDV, KGM, Chery, GAC and Mahindra. The Dealerships are located in Blacktown, Kings Park, Castle Hill, Chullora and Penrith. Heartland Motors is currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join their management team to analyse product delivery and supply chain processes to identify or recommend changes. Duties and responsibilities will include: Analyse supply chain performance including vehicle inventory and logistics Evaluate business processes, systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities of stock control processes and logistics Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain performance and reduce operational costs Collect and analyse operational data to support forecasting, planning and decision-making Prepare reports, dashboards and performance metrics for the CEO and the management Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Support implementation of system and process improvements across the Group. Skills and Experience: Relevant Bachelor Degree in logistics, management or related field At least 3 years of relevant experience Strong organization and analytical skills Ability to interpret data and provide actionable business insights Dealership system knowledge (ideally) Attractive remuneration package available based on experience and qualification.
