Provide first and second-level ICT support to doctors, nurses, reception staff, and management. • Support clinical software, practice management systems, appointment booking systems, and electronic medical record (EMR) applications. • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, email, and connectivity issues. • Create and manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access controls. • Install software updates, security patches, antivirus protection, and system upgrades. • Maintain backup procedures and assist with disaster recovery planning. • Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 services and cloud-based applications. • Liaise with external ICT vendors regarding hardware, software, telecommunications, and system maintenance. • Document support requests, resolutions, and ICT procedures. • Ensure ICT systems comply with organisational security and privacy requirements. Qualifications and Skills: • At least a Bachelor’s qualification in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Information Technology. • At least two years of relevant ICT customer support experience. • Ability to prioritize workloads and provide excellent customer service. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of healthcare information security and privacy requirements (desirable)
