Ever-Luck Investments Pty Ltd operates a hugely popular restaurant servicing Bunbury, Australind and surrounding suburbs. We are currently looking for a Senior Head Barista. Employment Duties - Under the direction of the proprietors to work as a Barista including, but not limited to: - Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages including lattes, cappuccinos and other espresso-based beverages, whether served hot or cold. - Cleaning and maintaining the coffee service area, coffee-making area and espresso machine. - Regularly selecting and grinding coffee beans. - Promoting the range of coffee beverages and products. - Where appropriate, collecting payment for the sales of coffee beverages. - Operating cash registers. - Selling light snacks. - Rostering employees. - Training employees. - Such other duties as are incidental to the work of a Barista. Qualification - The successful candidate must have the minimum formal qualification to work as a Barista (by formal qualification or work experience).
