Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W) Responsibilities To supervise, monitor and process all Agency client’s transactions (as Facility Agent, Security Agent, Account Bank and Escrow Agent) which expected to be settled and inform to the client’s (Lender and Borrower) on timely manner To support and grow the team member by level up their knowledge, confident level, and responsibility Monitor lenders & borrower to provide administration details after signing the agreement Monitoring creation of facility details in Finacle Monitoring completion of ‘Condition Precedence” Monitoring completion of “Condition Subsequent Monitoring completion calculation of utilization request, rate fixing and send the notice to lenders and borrower Monitoring calculation of Fee collection Comply with RCSA and SOP BCP involvement and participation Monitoring VAT payment every month Monitoring fund transaction on daily basis To ensure Agency activities starting on boarding until termination is processed as per agreement signed Ensure subordinates developments to at least meet the required standard for the job ie. plan in appraisal, job rotation. Minimize and prevent any potential error by having proper guidelines Ensure a smooth rollout any enhancement in Loan and Agency system plan without any significant operational or customer issues, no increase in cost over budget or milestone delays (UAT, Migration, Cut Over) Doing any other tasks assigned by supervisor Make the regular review on the SOP and updating for any changes if required Requirements Having sufficient knowledge on banking regulation Having sufficient knowledge and experienced regarding Loan & Agency Operations Having sufficient knowledge on Loan Products & Applications Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
