Company: Marsh Risk Description: Buscamos un(a) profesional talentoso(a) para unirse a nuestro Equipo de Colocación de Daños (Property & Casualty) en Marsh . Esta posición estará basada en Bogotá, Colombia y es un rol híbrido , con el requisito de trabajar mínimo 3 días a la semana en la oficina . Serás responsable de la colocación y renovación de pólizas del ramo de Daños a nivel nacional, asegurando condiciones competitivas en costo y cobertura para la cartera asignada. Realizarás análisis de riesgos y siniestralidad para soportar decisiones de renovación y participarás en proyectos de mejora continua de los procesos internos del área. Lo que harás (principales responsabilidades) Gestionar la colocación y renovaciones a nivel nacional de pólizas del ramo de Daños . Realizar benchmark y análisis de gestión de riesgos para cada cliente de la cartera asignada. Negociar con compañías de seguros condiciones, coberturas y costos. Elaborar análisis de frecuencia y severidad de siniestros y reportes de convenios para apoyar la revisión de renovaciones. Participar en proyectos específicos del área enfocados en la optimización de procesos internos . Lo que necesitas (requisitos) Licenciatura en Actuaría, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carreras afines. Conocimiento en seguros (idealmente en Daños y/o Beneficios ). Excel avanzado (incluye tablas dinámicas ). Capacidad para analizar información y tendencias . Inglés intermedio–avanzado (preferible).
