Job Description Location: Fremont, OH Pay: $22.74–$28.29/hour + $0.50/hour night shift premium Schedule: 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule (days or nights) | Day shift: 6:55 a.m.–7:10 p.m. | Night shift: 6:55 p.m.–7:10 a.m. Join Amcor as a Thermoforming Operator and build your manufacturing career with a global packaging leader. In this machine operator role, you’ll operate thermoforming equipment, support a small production team, and help maintain safe, efficient, high-quality production. What You’ll Do Operate thermoforming machines and monitor production performance Lead and coordinate Assistants and Packers to meet daily production goals Complete product quality checks and inspections Support machine changeovers and help minimize downtime Maintain production records, machine boards, audits, and check sheets Train and coach team members as needed Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and food-safety requirements Support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities What We’re Looking For Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and support a production team Ability to stand for a 12.25-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
