Job Description Role purpose: Own Visa Pay DRC awareness and demand generation across ATL, social, community management, and customer education. Responsibilities: Translate Visa Pay growth priorities into annual and quarterly marketing plans. Own ATL media, social media, community management, and local education content. Manage agencies and creative execution; ensure brand compliance and message consistency. Build campaign calendars with acquisition and activation teams; separate awareness from conversion. Track reach, engagement, traffic, and ROI; optimize media mix and creative quickly. Develop localized content for banks, field teams, and customer education. Feed market insight and campaign results into growth planning. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree. Experience leading consumer marketing in fintech, payments, telco, or consumer tech. Strong grasp of ATL, digital, social, community, and agency management. Proven performance-marketing and measurement capability. Ability to localize messaging and simplify product education. Strong planning, budget discipline, and cross-functional coordination. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
