Job Description The Visa Global Digital Sales team is responsible for building out a digital response and sales coverage engine supporting multiple digital sales centers, enabling Visa to accelerate growth, leveraging continuous innovation with an optimized sales model while building deeper relationships with our customers. We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital Sales Communications to join our Enterprise Communications team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy & Sales Communications, this role will be responsible for leading our digital sales team's internal and external communication strategy. This individual will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and informative content across various communication channels. This manager will work closely with Digital Sales Global COE team and will partner on annual operating plans, analyzing effective communications strategies and reporting on the business. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a year-round comprehensive communication plan that aligns with the digital sales team's vision, goals, and priorities. Build and sustain a strong and credible Digital Sales brand narrative to position the team as a core growth engine. Work with the Digital Sales Global Sales team to develop and edit high-quality content for various audiences and platforms, such as sales and client talking points, case studies, and white papers. Develop and execute communications and change management plans for digital sales organization, including new Digital Sales Centers, coverage transitions, and operating model shifts. Support the Digital Sales leadership team in maintaining the organization aligned, informed, and engaged. Serve as a strategic advisor to the Digital Sales Leadership Team. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales leaders and partners. Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness and impact of Digital Sales communications, including engagement, adoption, and contribution to business priorities. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 8 or more years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or related fields, preferably in a sales or e-commerce environment within a global, matrixed organization. Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of developing and executing effective sales communication strategies and campaigns. Demonstrate ability to craft and deliver compelling messages, influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive organizational change. A proven track record of partnering cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority. Strong knowledge of communication tools and platforms, such as email marketing, social media, webinars, podcasts, and newsletters. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through. High-level of professional integrity and confidentiality. Creative, positive, collaborative, and high-energy individual with an ability to execute. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this position is $149,800.00 to $ 240,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
