Vendor Operations Associate

O que você vai fazer: Realização de Cadastros. Preparar relatórios periódicos. Apoiar nos cadastros e credenciamento de parceiros em programas do fabricante. Auxiliar na atualização de planilhas de controle de estoque/compras assim como reservas. Manter organizados e atualizado documentações do time buscando facilitar o acesso a informação para clientes internos. O que buscamos: Graduação concluída em Administração, TI, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas Excel intermediário Perfil Comportamental Senso de responsabilidade e autonomia na condução de rotinas operacionais. Capacidade de comunicação clara e objetiva, tanto em âmbito interno quanto com parceiros e representantes do fabricante. Organização e atenção a detalhes na gestão simultânea de múltiplos processos e prazos. Postura colaborativa, com capacidade de interface entre as áreas de canais, marketing, financeiro e produto.
