About UrbanGrad UrbanGrad is more than a graduate program - it's a career pathway and the beginning of your career at Urban Utilities. This is a 12-month graduate program that combines real work experience, development opportunities and mentoring, with an assured ongoing role at Urban Utilities upon successful program completion in January 2028.
