Job Requisition Summary ADI's Data Centre & Energy (DCE) High Voltage and Protection PTE organization is seeking a Senior Test Engineering Manager to join the existing leadership team and help lead a growing global engineering organization. Reporting into the DCE HVP-PTE Manager, this role will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team supporting new product development, product engineering, design evaluation, validation, test development and manufacturing readiness for ADI's high-voltage and protection product portfolio. The successful candidate will provide both technical and people leadership , driving execution across the product lifecycle from concept through production release while partnering closely with global Design, Product, Reliability and Operations teams. The role will focus on developing engineering talent, enabling innovation, improving development efficiency, and delivering robust solutions that support ADI's strategic growth in AI infrastructure, Data Centre and Energy markets. Team Job Role Includes but is Not Limited To: Help build and develop a high-performing engineering team supporting new product development, design evaluation, validation, product engineering and test development activities. Collaborate with Design, Product, Reliability and Operations teams to define and execute product development and manufacturing readiness strategies. Help drive silicon validation, characterization, qualification and production test solutions for ADI's power and protection product portfolio. Candidates should possess extensive experience in product development, validation, test, product engineering or related disciplines, along with a demonstrated track record of building and leading successful engineering teams. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
