Position: Field Application Engineer Ukraine Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Field Application Engineer who will join our team responsible for the Ukrainian market and work with our clients and vendors. On a daily basis you will guide and support our customers’ R&D and help them realize their innovative ideas with microcontrollers/wireless products. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Help development Engineers to select the right technologies and components for their next design. Be involved in many different development projects of our customers As a technical expert you will be responsible for preparing & conducting trainings, events and technical meetings with clients and suppliers, Guide technical direction/ priorities based on suppliers shaping strategy and market situation. WHO YOU ARE: At least 3 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Design Engineer, Product Engineer or Electronic Engineer, with experience working with microcontrollers or wireless products, Very good communication skills and customer-facing approach, Previous experience with technical presentations, conducting training and technical events would be an advantage, University degree in technical field, preferably electronic engineering English at B2 level or above is required to succeed in this role, Driving license. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
