Position: FPGA - Market Development Engineer (m/w/d) Job Description: As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side We are looking for a Market Development Engineer FPGA who will join our EMEA Engineering team to help guide our customers R&D and help them realize their innovative ideas within FPGAs. What You Will Be Doing: You will be responsible for growing our FPGA market share in cooperation with our FAE and sales team Observing and analyzing market trends and adapting the manufacturer’s portfolio Implement & execute EMEA supplier strategy and programs within the local region (Germany, Switzerland and Benelux) Summarize and drive regular business updates with the supplier Help development Engineers to select the right FPGA technologies and components for their next design. Be involved in many different development projects of our customers As a technical expert you will be responsible for preparing & conducting trainings, events and technical meetings with customers and suppliers. Guide technical direction/priorities based on suppliers shaping strategy and market situation. Who Are We Looking For: Experience with electronics and you love working with innovative technology that can change our way of living. Technical excellence with a proven excellent track record in business development M.Sc/B.Sc Engineer or equivalent within electronics. Need to understand FPGA technology in dept but no need to be updated on tools. Preferably experience in FPGA electronic design. Outgoing personality.
