Position: Automotive Senior/Expert Model Based Development Engineer (Avelabs LLC Egypt) Job Description: Avelabs (an Arrow Company), a leading automotive software engineering services provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated Model Based Development Engineer with expertise in developing models for automotive applications to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing models using MATLAB/Simulink and Python, along with a solid understanding of automotive standards like AUTOSAR, ISO26262, and ASPICE. Job Description Develop MATLAB/Simulink models to reach target applications Design and implement AUTOSAR Software Components (SWCs) in Matlab/Simulink. Maintain clear and effective communication with the System Engineering team. Modify and migrate existing models for new target applications. Optimize generated C Code and ensure MISRA compliance. Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficient in Matlab/Simulink for model-based design and simulation. Experience with AUTOSAR SWCs Familiarity with ISO26262 and ASPICE standards for automotive systems. Hands-on experience with BLDC motors and control systems. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
