Position: Internal Sales Representative Job Description: In your daily work as an Internal Sales Representative, you will support our customers by answering their emails, preparing price offers, and managing orders. Our Slovenian Team is looking for a talented Specialist to join us in the position of Internal Sales Representative. What you’ll be doing? Manage relationships with assigned customers by providing excellent support, Working with internal and external teams, often facilitating the work of others in pricing, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, Working between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships, Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for sales, Gain new customers and re-engage existing accounts that might be dormant, Document and manage customer activity, Achieve monthly sales quotes, using Arrow’s online ordering systems, Who you are? You like sales and already have at least 1 year of successful experience in this area. You are communicative in English, You are fluent in Slovenian, Knowledge of Croatian or Serbian would be a plus, You communicate clearly. You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone, You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Salesforce or other Sales-related software would be a plus. Resourcefulness, problem-solving, and multi-tasking capabilities are your advantages. You like helping clients. You are patient, flexible, and punctual even under pressure. What do we offer?
