Find more information about us on our page: Home | Arrow ECS BE Principal Accountabilities Responsible for the development of aligned marketing plans with vendors (& partners) Interfacing with Product Vendors incl. quarterly planning, business reviews and attending regular vendor & customer calls/meetings Align with the different marketing strategies of the vendors and translate their strategies into concrete marketing actions Event organization: budget negotiation, set-up & coordination Telemarketing/Lead generation activities + follow up with sales Digital & social media campaigns (Organic, Paid, Retargeting, AB Marketing,…) Content creation (landing pages, email campaigns, testimonials,…) Launch of new products Develop and adhere to timelines on projects and work with third party resources. Promote the marketing of Arrow: monitor corporate branding applications across the projects' marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently. Oversee marketing budgets including planning, fund sourcing, approvals, reporting and entering the necessary data in Arrow systems and vendor portals. Network with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors and other professionals. Profile Motivation & enthusiasm Creativity and commercial awareness Able to work autonomously Team player & service-oriented towards partners & vendors Strong organizational and time-management abilities Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots (new) solutions Resistant to stress, diplomatic and able to keep a professional stance in difficult situations Experience / Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline) Min. 2 years’ experience as Marketing Specialist/Executive or similar role Experience within the IT sector (and most specifically within the Channel) would be very appreciated. Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Proficient in MS Office and marketing automation tools (e.g. Eloqua) Familiarity with social media Excellent communication and people skills Trilingual Dutch, English and French (or at least fluency in Dutch/French + English) Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
