Role and Responsibilities The Senior Manager, Social & Influencer, will lead and execute organic social media and influencer campaigns to enhance brand engagement, drive customer loyalty, and optimize marketing campaigns. This role will oversee the development of innovative social media content, manage social platforms, and analyze data to deliver actionable insights for the DA Marketing team. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to rapidly pivot when the business requires doing so. Vision to identify new opportunities throughout the consumer engagement journey to grow awareness, engagement, sentiment and conversion. Ability to manage internal stakeholders across the organization, and agility to influence and collaborate across other vertical teams in a highly matrixed environment. Oversee social and influencer strategy and day-to-day operations across all Home Appliance categories Understand social trends and how they impact creative messaging and content strategy Align creative with integrated marketing strategy to develop fit-for-purpose, consumer-centric content to impact the appliance business driving positive sentiment and traffic to samsung.com. Partner with corporate marketing team, adhering to channel governance and best practices Partner with global marketing team to develop social assets that are relevant for the US market and drive positive sentiment and engagement Manage agency outputs for Social and Influencer ensuring creative aligns to brief, test plan is actionable, URL/trafficking sheet is accurate and all product categories are prioritized according to business needs Partner with Digital and Brand Experience team members to understand all workstreams and ensure cohesive messaging and best landing experiences for email communications.
