Position Summary Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving retail excellence and transforming market insights into actionable strategies? We are seeking a Retail Marketing Head to lead the retail strategy and field force operations for SEPCO's Consumer Electronics Division, spanning Audio Visual (AV), Home Appliances (HA), and Air Conditioning (AC). In this role, you will bridge the gap between brand strategy and point-of-sale execution, converting demand into sell-out through the Philippine retail channel. If you have a proven track record in retail marketing, field force management, and stakeholder engagement, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You will be directly responsible for driving sell-out performance, optimizing the field force footprint, managing substantial retail budgets, and cultivating strong relationships with both internal business units and external retail partners and key accounts. You are an expert at turning market insights into actionable retail activations and building high-performing field teams. You will lead a function structured around four pillars — Retail Operations, Shop Enhancement, Field Force Management, and Training — supported by a network of agency, embedded, and outsourced partners. Role and Responsibilities Roles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to: Commercial & Strategy Execution Sell-Out Performance: Own and drive the achievement of retail sell-out targets across all channels and BUs against set business objectives. Hold the SEPCO accountability anchor for everything that happens between a campaign decision and a customer purchase at store. Retail Insights & Trade Visits: Conduct regular trade visits to deeply understand market dynamics, retailer needs, and competitor trends. Use these insights to shape and pivot mid-to-long-term retail strategies across AV, HA, and AC. Retail Activation & Merchandising: Propose, establish, and maintain world-class retail operation and visual merchandising standards that elevate Samsung's brand presence at the point of sale across all key account formats. Demand-to-Execution Translation: Translate BU demand priorities into a coherent retail activation calendar, mechanic design, and account-level execution plan. Hold the line on what gets pushed, when, and why. Field Force Management & Optimization Resource Allocation & Productivity: Optimize promoter headcount across stores to maximize ROI and ensure peak field force productivity. Lead structural and cost-to-sales transformation of the field force model toward a leaner, higher-capability promoter network aligned to Business Unit (BU) activation rhythms. Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to build a highly confident, competent, and product-savvy field force team — with BU-specific modules for AV, HA, and AC. Field Force Operations: Oversee the timely and accurate release of field force salaries and Sales Incentive Management (SMI) schemes to keep teams motivated and compliant. BU Pod Structure: Lead a Field Force organized in BU-aligned activation pods supported by partner agencies. Operational Excellence & Data Governance Reports Consolidation & Sharing: Establish a rigorous cadence for reviewing, consolidating, and sharing critical retail KPIs — coverage, compliance, conversion — with key stakeholders across SEPCO leadership and BU heads. Retail Tools & Innovation: Drive the adoption and efficiency of modern retail tools to streamline field reporting and sharpen data analysis. Agency Coordination: Maintain a proactive, standardized governance cadence with primary embedded partner, third-party manpower, and execution agencies. Balance operational need for execution muscle with SEPCO's need for independent governance and measurement of outcomes. Financial & Stakeholder Management Budget Management: Lead proper forecasting, simulation, and advanced planning of the retail budget — ensuring zero overspends and optimized resource allocation across the four function pillars. Cross-Functional Engagement: Act as a strategic business partner, proactively engaging with leadership teams across the three business units and cross-functional departments — particularly Sales — to align retail efforts with broader commercial goals. Regional Engagement: Represent SEPCO retail marketing in regional and global HQ forums; align local execution to SEAO and HQ guidelines while protecting market-specific priorities. Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have/be able to: 12+ years of proven experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Retail Operations. At least 3–5 years in a leadership / head-level capacity (experience in Consumer Electronics, or Retail Tech is highly preferred). Field Force Mastery: Deep expertise in managing large-scale outsourced or in-house field force teams, agency relations, and incentive structures. Analytical Rigor: Strong capability in financial modelling (budget simulations) and parsing retail data analytics into commercial strategies. Stakeholder Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing senior leadership and collaborating tightly with Sales teams. Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated ability to design and lead structural change — organizational design, role definition, headcount rationalization, and talent calibration. Experience leading a field force or large promoter-network restructure is highly valued. Multi-BU Management: Experience managing across multiple business units or product categories with conflicting calendars and competing priorities. Matrixed Environment: Comfort operating in a multicultural corporate environment with regular regional and global HQ engagement. Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
