Working across Engineering, Product Management, Finance, Cloud Operations, and AI Platform teams, this role will define the next generation of ValueOps by embedding intelligence into every stage of the software lifecycle. What You'll Do Lead the Unified Hybrid FinOps Engineering Strategy Define and execute the engineering roadmap for Unified Hybrid FinOps capabilities. Build scalable enterprise SaaS solutions spanning public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid environments. Deliver an integrated AI solution connecting Hybrid Cloud FinOps, Software Portfolio Management (SPM), engineering metrics, and business value realization. Drive AI-First Engineering Lead adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across engineering workflows. Deliver AI-powered capabilities including: Cloud cost optimization Capacity forecasting Intelligent budgeting Portfolio recommendations Investment planning Tokenomics Executive insights AI-assisted engineering operations Partner with AI platform teams to leverage LLMs, AI Agents, MCP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge platforms. Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is USD 150,800.00 To USD 241,200.00 As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
